I reset device now how do I restore from Backup via Google?

So I reseted my Galaxy S5 (Android 5.0) and I don't know how to restore from backup via google like below:

I only get the tap and go option that's it nothing else. Can anyone help with this problem?

Skip the tap and go option and then you should get the same screens as you posted. Works on my S6, but never tried on S5 version of lollipop
