I stuck at recovery

i have "devil touch recovery v6.0.2.1" i wanted to install new rom i reboot to recovery make wipe data/cache then i realise i forgot put install files so i go to mounts and storage to mount as USB STORAGE but pc not recognized phone
then i saw "INSTALL ZIP FROM SIDELOAD" i downloaded sdk tools but got error:device not found
help me please

Tried rebooting pc? Reinstalling drivers?

Tried turn on the phone, put the files and then get in CWM again?
