I think getting a new screen/touch replacement is the best way to fix touch issues.

Not too sure as I only got my phone after Christmas. Flashing Sphinx kernel solves it.

8I am curious . Does this touch problem affect day to day use in social apps ,chrome,scrolling etc. I know most midrangers like mia2 or asus zenfone pro m1 /m2 doesnt have the best screen in the market but how poco f1 compare to them

If you get a defective product,it does affect your day to day usage.These touch issues are not confined to gaming apps alone.. even most basic functions like messaging or browsing the internet can be irritating at times..

Touch issues are there in all the pocos except the latest batches now.
Touch issues are not severe are usable.
Some builds fixed half issues other created half.
If you wanna buy just buy you won't regret.
If touch gets perfect i am more than happy if not i can still live with it happily.

but along with epepepepe(i typed pe pe pe pe pe) there is also a issue in pubg...small swipes wjile aimimg dont get registered and bigger swipes jump from point a to b rather that sliding from point a to b...that too with a delay...

Use any kernel which includes 8.12.20 touch firmware.

I am on open beta 8.12.20. nothing is unlocked and no root.

Just like what I said in the title, I'm about to get a new screen replacement as I heard newer batches don't have any touch related issues. I'm a hardcore gamer and I think touch is very important for me when playing games.

Already 3 months and 'software fixes' regarding touches is not working great.



My phone is from september batch and running 8.12.27 beta and facing touch lags around edges.
Clean flashed 8.12.20 now more multi touches issues under notch.



Is there anyone else who already got a screen replacement?

Any issues like screen bleed/touch delay/multi touch and so on?

Well in my case when im on stock miui 10.2 and 10.3, touch delay and multi touch still there. So i test and flash custom rom like pixel rom aosp/caf, lineagos 16, crdroid.. and suprisingly the issue is gone. im playing pubg without no problem on custom. I think theres something wrong with the Miui kernel.

Yes, It is true the screen quality is not compatible with game heros..There are two options, first is replace your phone with game phones and second one is change the screen with new updated version.
