We were all one Quark forum originally -- Motorola just made the idiotic mistake of naming this phone series different model names for different regions, even different carriers, but the REAL world wide name was "Moto Maxx". (However, the internal code name was Quark, so we call it that, to cover all models which can all use the same TWRP and same LOS-based custom ROMs.)
Verizon's Quark was called "Droid Turbo", and India's was called "Moto Turbo", but everyone else's was called "Moto Maxx". The Droid Turbo XT1254 is an EXACT clone of the Moto Maxx XT1250 -- Verizon SIM card even runs on it, because it's the same FCC ID, same bands, EVERYTHING. And the Moto Maxx XT1250 of course has free bootloader unlock.
Of all the Moto Quarks, only Verizon demanded bootloader lockdown for their Quark (Droid Turbo).
Back in 2014 and most of 2015, ALL the Moto Quark models were HERE, in this Droid Turbo forum. We had all the discussions, all the dev work HERE in this forum, for ALL Quarks. But it looked like the Droid Turbo was going to be dead (since the bootloader was still locked down), so in September 2015 the forums were split and most of the dev work moved over to the newly created "Moto Maxx" forum -- including TWRP, custom kernels, most ROMs. Ironically, the Droid Turbo bootloader was then unlocked by Sunshine about two months after the forum split (November 2015).
So, Droid Turbo owners have to go over there for TWRP, custom kernels, Oreo ROMs, etc.
Currently there's two Oreo ROMs, plus the Nougat ROMs of course:
