What do you mean by you don't want to use the clone feature ? Or do you mean that you wan't to clone more than what's supported ?

Also , cloning apps only work with stock launcher but if you're using the china variant, then changing launcher is not possible for now. Using apps to freeze the stock launcher will also break other functions like recents and such.
