I want to delete EVERYTHING off my phone. pics, data everything. HOW?

Ive tried doing a factory restore and re installing rom but i still have only 927 MB free on my phone and 49gb on my sd card. how do i remove EVERYTHING off my phone memory and start from fresh?

If you're running a custom recovery (TWRP, CWR) just Format Data/InternalSD. Everything will be gone.
