I want to donate Galaxy Note

Hello all

I am waiting for Note II to be delivered. If I will be happy with it I want to donate my old Galaxy Note to someone. By someone I mean very good developer who did a lot to community and maybe lost its phone, maybe CM10 team needs test device, maybe Chainfire as he is amazing developer ooor maybe PA team needs test device.

What do you think ?

i vote for CheckRom team their note got damaged and they stopped ics development... here is official text

Please Note!

There will be no release of a CheckRom ICS for the Galaxy Note.

The reason being that the Note used for development was damaged during an accident that one of our devs had, and was beyond repair.

We will continue to support our current roms for the galaxy note, but there will be no further development at this time into ICS for the Galaxy Note!

If things change it will be announced in our forum!

Sorry for the disappointment, but these things happen!

Just a suggestion.....Phil3759 has done alot of work for noobie kinda flashers (like me) to make stock kernel triple safe, i know het doesn't own a note, don't even know he's interested but i suppose he is

Well I had 2 note's at one time. Sold one to Chadrick.7 and the other...well..

I gave my other working note to a friend of mine, who was in need of a phone. He had dropped his and cracked the screen, and it wouldn't work anymore. So since I had a few devices at the time, I let him use mine. And now I just use my ATT branded S3.

However I still deeply miss my note. It has a special place in my heart . So that's why I said I would love to have another note. Cause yea. Cannot get a hold of that friend anymore. He "vanished" . Amazing how that happens.

It seems whenever I have something, I make lots of friends, But when its gone, So are they !!

Oh well, XDA is my friend and all its members are my friends too ! On-line im very popular In real life......................Im not :crying:

PS: I think its very generous of the OP to want to donate his Note :good: Be sure to think long and hard about it, Dont just give it to anybody ! Make sure they will respect it and work very hard on continuing development !!

Who ever you decide is your decision, But all the maintainers of the N7000 for the CM team, already have one

On a side note, I build for 5 different devices. Even though I don't have an N7000 at the moment, I still develop for it, and besides. I want to attempt an Asylum Paranoid Android. And its sorta hard without a note

Edit: Plus it would be an awesome post wedding gift :highfive:

I contacted the main dev of PA molesarecoming I think since CM10 team do not need n7000 (I got the confirmation via PM) The next in line would be the main PA developer
