Are you using batteries MADE FOR THE I777? Or are you using i9100 international batteries? Did you buy them on Ebay?

The reason I ask these questions is IF they are batteries that DO NOT have nfc built into them (ie:i9100 batteries and possibly other aftermarket batteries) then it will cause the bootloops when plugging into a pc/usb port. Try a STOCK ATT battery and see if it works for you.

No No

No no my friend, using original i777 battery which is the same battery of my i9100 also have battery from ebay but i don't talk about that because it's the same , i'm 100% sure it's not the battery , maybe kernel or recovery didn't tried to look about it yet , but now i use my i9100 to charge the i777 battery because i can't do it in i777 in that situation

If the batteries are the same in your i777 and your i9100 then there is your problem. They are different. Your i777 battery should say Near Field Communication under the Samsung at the top of the battery.

My battery model is: T18287-2000

Like he said above IF they are the SAME then that is the problem. If you dont believe me do a search for others that have tried and used the i9100 batteries in our i777. Good luck to you...
