[I9001] [PORT] [ICS] Sense 4

Hey everyone! little christmas present here.....

SENSE 4 i9001

NOTE! THIS IS NOT FOR DAILY USE, IT'S AS USABLE AS A BRICK!
What works:
It boots.
Display (Begins to be weird after a few minutes)
Touchscreen works, but when you lock the device, it stops working

Non-working:
Most likely everything, can't test since i can't get past the lockscreen.

Sense 5 next (Just gonna take longer time because i doubt that any sense 5 device has a 480x800 display :laugh: )

The problem right now is the SystemUI complaining about the storage, if i remove SystemUI, then i can move the lock handle but no unlock

No Problem Desire 500 runs 4.1.2 HTC One SV got an update to 4.2.2 and Sense 5. It has 400x800 Resolution too

This is awesome.. Amazing a port of HTC Sense. There was another thread with this port but this has abandoned a long time ago.

Desire 500 came with a new gen chipset, well you may try Desire S, it has a similiar CPU if you take the number of cores in count.
And a nearly familiar screen, 480*854 resolution.

Hey,

I searched a bit around and found a device with better compatibility to ours. Check out the "HTC One V" It has the exact same chipset, with the same display resolution. Android 4.0.3 together with Sense4. Test it out.

Well this port is based on HTC One V However it didn't get sense 5 so i am stuck on 4.0.4
And the only sense 5 port for the HTC One V can't i use because the developer don't allow rom to be used with anything else

Ah nice! I thought you got it from the Sensation *facepalm myself*. Have you asked the dev, or did he wrote it in his thread? Maybe you can send him a pm and ask?

YOU CANNOT USE ANY FILE IN THAT ROM ALSO BOOT IMAGE TOO. IF I FIND MY FILE IN SOME OTHER DEVELOPERS ROM,(KANGED OR STOLE) YOU WILL GET PERMANENT BAN FROM XDA MODS.

Alright magically it stopped crashing systemui, and i could get acces to the lockscreen but....i can't unlock the phone
EDIT: It's touchscreen, it's as of right now S***

Get the dmesg/logcat, and you should see where the error is.

I think dmesg would be bettery it shows the hardware related stuff.
