I9195I S4 mini Plus - no TWRP - 'Could not do normaal boot'

So i have been at it for like 8 hours but i cant get TWRP to work on my phone.

Keep in mind its the i9195i plus model with LTE and a new chipset? And android 4.4.4

I tried i using the normal i9195 twrp files but i keep getting the message: (with volume up home and power.)

Soooo i don't get in the twrp. Flashing trough odin is says pass. And everything seems ok at that end.
I can reboot my phone fine. and with the keys volume down, power and home i can get in the normal downloading state to flash something new.

im not sure what to do anymore. I tried a lot of twrp versions and odin versions but none work. Do i need a special version for this type of phone? Is the i9195 lte not the same ?

Help please.

Holy crap i just scared myself that i got it to work.
After more and more googleing i came across this site: ubuntulinuxx.wordpress.com/2016/04/15/step-by-step-guide-for-flashing-twrp-2-8-7-1-on-samsung-galaxy-gt-i9195i/

And using the download links from there i got it to work! I nog have version 2.8.7.0
Is there a way to upgrade to the latest version?
