I think that's not possible with jsut a png.. so you need to program the blur effect, which i'm not able to.
So, sry mate.. I don't know how to do that.

Now everything in one single thread!

Transparent background:
I made the backgrounds of most apps, normally black, transparent. Now you can see your wallpaper or even live wallpaper behind the settings, messages etc.
Important: It's possible to just flash the background zip, for example when your using another theme. So you have only the background of your apps transparent.


VNTheme:
I really like the theme of VN rom, but sadly it's only developped for the i9500 version of galaxy s4, so I've extracted the theme of it.

Installation:
1. BACKUP!!!
2. download files and copy them to your SGS4
3. flash I9505_TransparentBackground.zip
4. flash I9505_VNTheme_V*.*.zip
5. reboot
6. enjoy
7. press thanks button =)

hi everybody thanks a lot for all job about the custom themes excellent and I need your help I want the transparent curtain in my S4 i9500 with 4.3 when I upgraded to the next rom I lost this mode in the system ui and I looking for all forum with find it. did you have this curtain?

totally normal that the transparent drop down doesnt work as it needs a modified system ui , if you want it instantly transparent use xposed installer with wanam module ( preinstalled in omega 4.3 roms )
