trying to install this rom, aroma installer: Passed. But when first boot, stuck in "Android is starting" and it takes too long.
before install this rom, i clear "system "data" "Cache" "dalvik cache"
rebooting after stuck in "Android is starting" doesn't help. What should i do...???
Did i make a mistake when installing rom...??? Please help.

Thank you for this, it worked perfectly.
I am getting network drops every few minutes, lasting for a few minutes and then reconnecting. I have read some threads on this but didn't come across a solution. Would you know of a solution? Do I need to flash a modem zip? Otherwise it is very fluid and stable.
check your firmware,it might need to be updated

I did a search for how to do this. Should I flash the original t mobile ROM (via reinstalling it from a backup file through TWRP) and then flash this ROM again? I am S on so I guess I cannot flash the radio IMG.
you need the full ruu to be sure you are up to date

you have an outdated firmware so you need to flash 6.20.531.5

Thank you for this guidance. I followed the instructions in the link you have given and everything went fine.
When the device rebooted, it was back on the ICE rom with the following build number: 6.20.531.5 CL689733 release keys
Please confirm this has been a successful firmware upgrade.
Anything else I should look for?

if you want to make sure it went fine just do the getvar all again and compare both old and new
also your issue related to network should be fixed now

hey you!
that's easy...to work perfectly you need to clean flash, first wipe data,system,cache, then install rom(recommended that you run lastest TWRP and have Marshmallow base rom)
Amazing ROM, I have loved the stock HTC one Android flavour from the htc one M7 which I think is the best smartphone ever made period, through to the m8 which I am still rocking in 2020 but have been disappointed by other custom ROM's until now it looks and feels like a HTC one in every way, I was considering going back to stock HTC m8 rom 5.0? but this has swayed me big time and I love it so I'm going to see how I get on with it in the next few days but early impressions are amazing, thank you so much devs for your hard work in creating this, I only wish I wasn't so poor that I could donate for all your hard work and efforts.

HOW TO REPORT A BUG / ERROR
While the ROM and mods are tested and most of the time is user side error, WE can't test / replicate all the conditions in the wild. So if you do encounter a bug you need to post the information in CLEAR ENGLISH (not lolcat English, not Google Translate English, if that's too hard for you then try posting it in Romanian / Russian / Dutch, if neither or the four work for you stop there.!)
The more information you offer the easier for us to fix and make everybody happy. We need most importantly a LOGCAT for your issue.
There are thousands of tutorials about how to get a logcat. Check this or this or aLogcat from Google Play . I'm pretty sure if you search more tutorials will pop up.
Besides logcat we need to know what version of ROM, what device variant you have, what you selected during AROMA install (this one allows you to save an install log, that will also help), what market mods you have installed, and explanation how to reproduce the error .

So a little more info about lollipop IC
I started working on it (well looking through it mostly) and.
1. a lot of stuff changed so will take a while to get all done and more importantly not all tweaks from KK can be ported / make sense on new L
2. for the time being I'm working alone on it. mikro and V6 are busy with real life for now. so again time..
3 I'm having a pretty full plate myself also, between work and family i have to find time for rom as well
4. IC is made over WWE base not DEV, WWE isn't out yet, but the difference between dev and wwe are minimum so I can work with current release to save time until WWE is out and then update to it
5. Probably pretty soon Sense 7 from m9 will be leaked / or m9 released and i'm pretty sure some fans here would like to see it running on their m8 before HTC updates it, so I'll have to dose the time and effort put into this rebase
6. Hopefully by Friday evening you'll be able to test a Release Candidate but this is not a promise
