REPLACE the icons under folder MULTIMEDIA of both Black & Neutral sets.
It contains UNresized icons which are rather HUGE and will eat your RAM.
I missed reducing their sizes. Sorry. Thanks to Lycox for reporting!

But mine's QVGA - not the same ratio as the WVGA I presume you are making them in...

@ Lumic: i took the liberty of grabbing your avatar. no plans for animated splash screen for now. my hands are a little tied

@ fudoublez: if youre refereing to the icon set, yes i'll be doing a neon-blue set as well as probably 2 to 3 more variants.
so you can mix and match the colors or have them in sets

PS: i don't have your devices so let me know if it needs improvement
