i do agree with u. Camera isnt the top priority for me. Since ur Kernel Developer isnt available that doesnt mean u cant release other versions of ur ROM. In my opinion ur wasting lots of time with Camera, while we could be testing other things like SOD's, RAM, Battery etc etc. but thats just my opinion....U guys should focus on the poor RAM Management, I think its more important to have a smooth ROM which can handle a lot of apps at the same time than having a fully working camera, that can be done later.

It seems that we can use Sony IMX046 camera sensor drivers, which is 8MP but can be capped @ 5MP. Ours is IMX076 but they have the same chip. If I use/backport the drivers on the Kernel, what changes should be made on the "android_device" repo?
