Yes. Its because it doesn't seem to load the lib com.android.media.effects properly( I'm speaking from memory so i might be wrong ) and then it crashes when trying to access the lib ( The exception thrown is usually thrown when a lib is present in compile but not when running )

tried it. didnt work. It appear a big nice "!" in a circle and that's it. reinstalled the rom and wipe everything clean and still not work. and i even install adobe air too.

U guys should focus on the poor RAM Management, I think its more important to have a smooth ROM which can handle a lot of apps at the same time than having a fully working camera, that can be done later.

i do agree with u. Camera isnt the top priority for me. Since ur Kernel Developer isnt available that doesnt mean u cant release other versions of ur ROM. In my opinion ur wasting lots of time with Camera, while we could be testing other things like SOD's, RAM, Battery etc etc. but thats just my opinion....

We have a litlle time free. We are working on ram for now i've achieved continu free ram 150mb cheers

It seems that we can use Sony IMX046 camera sensor drivers, which is 8MP but can be capped @ 5MP. Ours is IMX076 but they have the same chip. If I use/backport the drivers on the Kernel, what changes should be made on the "android_device" repo?

Hi FOP Team, i have an LG Prada Phone 3.0 officially updated to Android 4.0 ICS with kernel 3 and no root. I'm reviewing this phone and personally i have an LG Optimus Black. Can i do something that can be of help for the ROM? I can't root it...

I'm making a rom for the marquee, which is the cdma version of the p970. I used the teamhacksung latona camera code and it is close to working. The front camera preview is upside down and the back camera has inverted colors. It is a good start.
