4.1.A.0.562 is Android 4.0.3 and hasn't been released for Mini/Minipro/LWW
4.1.B.0.531 is Android 4.0.4 and it has been released for all 2011 Xperia products (except Play, yet)...

So, you can really choose for your Mini Pro, but the second one, the 4.1.B.0.531 is much better and faster.

You can't install a working 4.1.A.0.562 on a Mini Pro.
Besides, 4.1.A.0.562 has nothing better than 4.1.B.0.431.

And if you do update, the fw is actually made for your phone not ported from a beta from like last century (obvious exaggeration)!
