Thank you for trying ICS. If you have any questions, concerns, suggestions, complaints, etc. please post them here and not in the Development thread. One of the team members will be glad to help you.

We only have two rules. Please do a simple search for your question in the FAQ section below or in this thread before posting your question. Chances are good, the question has already been asked and answered. Also, when you ask a question, please make sure you are as specific as possible so we can pinpoint the problem. We thank you ahead of time for your cooperation.

Please remember this is alpha...there is stuff that doesn't work yet!

please don't post bug reports here! We have a bug tracker for that http://code.google.com/p/ics-htc-ace/issues/list

This rom has come a long way from last week. I used to not could do anything with it but now it is really coming along. Now if we just get the camera working it will be awesome!

Is it just me or does the gyroscope not work? I have the setting enabled to rotate the screen but my screen doesn't rotate. I'm on an Inspire 4G.

I am also loving some of the little improvements from Google here (automatically signing into google sites with the default browser, ignoring wifi networks that don't have a strong signal)

Seroiusly? You've been here long enough to know where the "Thanks" button is.

Even though this is not the "dev-only"-thread we do not need posts like this.
This doesn't even deserve a response

Market closes after 1 second, also when will screenshot feature be implemented?
Try reflashing gapps for the market closing.

As for the screenshot feature, I'm sure there's much higher priority items to get working before screenshots :p It'll come once stability is ironed out, if at all. Keep in mind, adding the screenshot to the power menu was a CM7 thing, so it may not even come to ICS. Who knows.

Market closing for some was remedied after a reboot. The gapps in the first post of the dev thread 'were' don't know if they still are useless. A lot of apps missing!

Screenshot feature will likely be implemented after most hardware is working. I have a feeling that it could be related to camera, not sure why, but it would make sense to link those 2 features if I were Google.

Camera I have a feeling is gonna be a real *****. Accelerometer is way more important than camera anyway.

I noticed, I think Alienmind, reporting notification LED doesn't work in the other thread. Works for me on DHD using the build that LordClockan uploaded late last night.

Looking forward to the future of this ROM.

Peace

Wow. I would suggest if you have issues with any of our posts, quit making a wasteful post yourself and contact a Moderator. Don't think you will win but feel free to give it a shot. Oh and since you've decided to set the bar here for quality of posts we will be watching to see if you follow what you insist on others.
