I've got a little bit of experience with compiling Cyanogen. Work is crazy-busy for me lately, so I'm not sure when I'll have time to work on it, but I will do whatever I can to get this working.
I'm not much of a developer, so any help I can get will be appreciated. We'll need to look for other devices already running ICS that have similar hardware.
Like I said, work's crazy busy, so right now I don't have much time to hunt for this info.
However, I may be able to use the HP Touchpad (which I also have, running CM9) as a starting point. The Jetstream has a Qualcomm MSM8260 CPU, where the TP is using a MSM8060. They're similar, yet obviously not identical CPUs.
We'll also need to figure out the other hardware, like what display, touchscreen, wifi, etc. hardware the Jetstream is using.
With any luck, we'll get something. It sucks that Honeycomb is closed source. That'll make things a little bit harder. At least the kernel's open source still.
I'm going to post this over in the Dev section, for anyone who wants to help with data mining.
Oh, and I don't want the bounty. Just getting ICS on this device would be enough reward for me.
