So my device 's running now with a dangerous kernel (clp5 )
I mean it's just dangerous to flash or wipe something with recovery I think.

If I want to move to paranoid world I have to flash a prerooted gb rom via Odin (not mobileodin) before to flash your release right?
I'm so paranoid right now to flash anything ...

and just for kicks, this will come up soon:

ALL tablet related issues are solved, the frontiers are gone. you can set launchers to mobile mode in tabmode and they will run like stock, no hack. you can run youtube in 3d in normal phonemode if you want. you are free to do whatever you want. next rom will give you the option to switch between phone and tablet mode.

Yes, it should be safe to flash this after you flash GB rom.

I've took that instruction from official CM9 thread
Basically instructions are same as for CM9.
You must NOT flash from any Samsung ICS kernel, you should use any GB kernel to flash instead.
If you have official CM9 installed on your phone - you can just reboot to recovery and flash.



Yes, you can set any grid size in Trebuchet settings panel.

A. What is standard dpi on this rom.
B. U have a gapps that's specialized for this build. However. Does this mean we should not update for example Gmail that's outdated from that particular gapps?

flash abyss 4.2 touch cwm .link in rocket rom ics op. and then wipe and then install. dont do wipe on lp kernels

a) coming from a rooted GB-ROM:

- download Abyss Kernel 4.2 from here: http://www.mediafire.com/?c65mndvpk6ocbaa
- put zip-file on your USB-storage
- boot in Recovery
- Flash Abyss Kernel 4.2!!!
- boot back in recovery (you find this option under 'advanced')
- FullWipe
- Flash ROM
- reboot system
- ...you are done

==> there have been reported problems with a constantly rebooting system when doing installation coming from a GB-ROM as posted above! So the safe and 100% successful way is installing LPY Stock-ROM, root Stock ROM and then go on as described below under point b2). Do not ask for a tutorial on how to install and root LPY Stock ROM....it is describe enough here in Forum!

b1) coming from other rooted LPY-ROM or rooted ICS Stock ROM (No Wipe):

- boot in Recovery
- Wipe Caches and Dalvik only!!! Don't FullWipe!!!
- Flash ROM
- reboot system
-...you are done

b2) coming from other rooted LPY-ROM or rooted ICS Stock ROM (FullWipe):

- download Abyss Kernel 4.2 from here: http://www.mediafire.com/?c65mndvpk6ocbaa
- put zip-file on your USB-storage
- boot in Recovery
- Flash Abyss Kernel 4.2!!!
- boot back in Recovery (find it under 'advanced')
- now FullWipe!!!
- Flash ROM

c) coming from Chinese Leak or Derivates with Chinese Leak kernel:

- boot in Recovery
- FullWipe
- Flash ROM

Whenever you do a FullWipe:

- install Abyss Kernel 4.2
- boot back in Recovery (find it under 'advanced')
- now FullWipe!!!
- Flash ROM
- reboot system
-...you are done
==> ONLY, ONLY, ONLY FullWipe with Abyss Kernel 4.2 installed!!!! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER Full Wipe with CF-Root Kernel installed!!!
