Used this thread to get is almost right.

Attached I have what it looks like after flashing your zip then what it looks like after I replaced most of the stock fonts back.
I'm not entirely sure why that's happening. I've only tested my zips on 4.1.2 at highest. The 4.2 apps are out of my control. I'm pretty sure the 4.2 Clock has a font file embedded in it. If I were you, I would reinstall just that apk (or reflash) and wipe the clock data. You should be just fine.

I'll give it a shot.
Also not really asking for it fixed just letting you know what I'm finding in hopes it helps. having this font isn't vital to my day to day use, its just nice to look at. :)

Surprised I haven't found this sooner, thanks for this! Gonna try it out now.

A request, if I may, though. Back in my OG EVO days, I used to rock the Ubuntu font. I was wondering (if you haven't already put it on the to-do list) if you could put a package up with that font?

Brought to you by my LTEVO

UPDATE 1/10/13: I wouldn't use these on JB Sense or JB AOSP 4.2 (4.1.2 is fine). The font mappings have changed and I have not gotten around to figuring them out yet.

STOP.
Keep this zip handy. It is a FULL flashable backup of all Jelly Bean/ICS stock fonts. Seriously. Download it now and keep it. If anything goes wrong or you find you don't like the fonts, flash this and all your fonts go right back to the way they were.

Universal ICS/JB Stock Font Revert Zip: Download

Because we have 720p displays, I'm putting hide tags around the images so you don't get assaulted by large images which might bog you down all of a sudden. Just hit "Show Content" to see what they look like.

Anyways, without further ado, let's start with my all time favorite!

Segoe WP
- A derivative typeface of Segoe UI, which is the UI font of Windows 7. It's designed specifically for mobile devices and looks noticeably different, and, if you haven't guessed already, is the default font of Windows Phone 7 and 8.

Helvetica Roman
- This is the real deal. This isn't Helvetica Neue, this is the actual typeset that is famous. It looks wonderful on a high resolution device, and you have to try it!

There's lots more coming, it's just a time consuming process to properly rename the zips. Stay tuned, and enjoy!
I'm a Samsung S3 user so I wanted to ask before flashing anything. Will this work on my phone or is it specifically designed to be flashed on HTC and will brick my device if flashed?

Can't answer you specifically, but I don't see how it could brick. The meta-inf file probably won't work for your device, but if you open the zip, extract the files and put them I'm their respective locations with proper permissions should work. Nandbackup first.
