ICS on iPAD3

Hi,
I searched through the forum but I could not really find anything. I have and HTC one X and love the ICS OS and I also own an iPAD3. Are there any projects to get ICS on an IPAD3? I found projects for iPAD1 and 2 but nothing for 3.

The restricted nature of any iDevice makes such ports extremely difficult, not to mention the simple fact that anything they pull off will never be 100% since all the drivers are proprietary/ closed source.

Agreed. Apple doesn't exactly want its users to have the freedom that Google provides...They don't like tampering the their OS.

I'm sure someone will manage it in time. It's still a little early though.

Don't count on seeing it on the iPad 3 tbh. They need a low level exploit and even then, it takes months (if not years) to build all of the drivers. It could be done a lot quicker with a bigger team, but there's not a lot of enthusiasm for the project within the iOS community.
