CronMode - 100% - newest ICS ROM, im using it now.

Both ICS.

I had a problem on GB with the mobile data constantly turning off and on whenever I tethered, so just upgraded to ParanoidAndroid Jelly Bean. Working perfectly, although you need to install "Wifi Tether" from the market. Which I actually prefer because the built-in GB one was what was failing.
