Can we root this OTA files with your tool condi?
Sure :)

Antes do update nao me podes enviar uma copia do teu build.prop ?

Before update do ICS can you please send me the text in build.prop?

Thanks

Edit: What is your tab version?
Try tu rerun region changer - and choose portugal again,
reboot, and check for update.

Yesterday I've changed region for about 20 times,
and on every change I had new proper ota update.

I've got a strange problem. When using the tool i get the following error after waiting for device: grep: not expected at this moment and your tool closes.

I translated it from dutch so it must be something like that. Any idea's what the problem is?

My tablet is rooted at the moment offcourse.

[*] DONE. Region changed to "PORTUGAL" !

[*] Additional data can be changed in build.prop.
in order to get proper OTA updates
(in current - old-region firmware).

[*] Choose region variant, which you want to be set,
currently for "PORTUGAL" we've got available:

2. SGPT112PT/S; 32GB; without 3G;

3. SGPT113PT/S; 16GB; +3G;

In the process of changing region there is an error. - see above.
Can this be the reason of the no OTA?

Thks

I've just done the update.

Does anyone think its worth giving it a reset in order to boost performance or give it a spring clean? I only installed a few apps with HC.

Just wondering if its worth it or a waste of time?

Cheers.

Hi condi.

I'm Portuguese and I'm running rooted ICS US since the first days, do you think that I should change the region and install PT update?

Do u think i have to make a factory reset? I ve resetted cache and play store app, killed play store, rebooted Tablet but Nothing.

I managed to download ICS, but once i had to make a few changes in build.prop, i don´t know if i downloaded the WIFI or the WIFI+3G version.
i don´t want to lose root so, after download, what do i have to do to try to apply AIO in my downloaded file?

Now that I have ICS I am wondering what all the fuss was about. I still cannot see my sd card when I attached the Sony to my computer. Whay have they not fixed that. Asus transformer prime can see the internal sd as well as the external sd. This makes transfering files dead simple. I will never buy any Sony product again.
Bitterly disappointed.
