iCS via OTA for XE in India

Hi guys,

hTC started rolling out the iCS via OTA, some of the XL folks got it already:laugh:.
Any body got it for XE???

its too long time am waiting for it, since i got the XE in my hand on last October...

Yeah a colleague of mine.. Has her update of ics on her xl.. That's a good news..
Hopefully by the end of this week all htc sensation Devices in India gets their OTA
But anyone who got their OTA... I would request you to save the OTA and share it here..
(once you downloaded the OTA.. Before applying the update you can retrieve the ota zip and copy it to your pc.. It will be in the sdcard.)
It will be a great help to the community if you guys share the OTA zip

Yeah, XL s are getting it, but what about the XE guys..

My friend got for XL, but he can't save the zip. Can anybody say how !

no XL zips wont work on sensation ..they are entirely for another device ..and dont even try to flash those zips ...unless you want a brick in hand
im asking for sensation/XE zips

and regarding OTA did some quick search ..apparently its stored at /cache partition ....not in sdcard sorry

Oh, yeah that I know, but we tried to find the location of the zip on XL but we didn't. That's y I asked.

its 100% fine,.. all my android phones are rooted and i always get the good stuff and roms first,... coz i dont need to wait for an ota,...
and performance wise, u would love it,... trust me,... and u can customize like hell,...

after getting s-off why are u even bothered about official late updates which v indians get,...
just download the latest rom of ur choice and ur good to go,... devolopers keep updating thier rom so any new ota's will get incorporated into thier roms with a lot of tweaks also

By Simply going S-off you would not loose out on OTA.

OTA require stock rom and recovery which you would continue to hold even after going S-off

I like Arhd, I searched in the threads buy I couldn't realise which is latest link to download.. do u have any preference for Arhd 6.6, can u share a link

It seems that, there's no update for XE before August end..

Guys don't wait for this irresponsible people to have their OTA, they aren't professional at all. Go for a custom root..
