[Idea] Combining Snotify and MyRingtone2SMS

Hi Dev's,
This Idea will bring up an ideal themes app for WP7.5; but MyRingtone2SMS should also be enabled to edit the nature of ringing of Incoming call also.

I'm not a developer so some one from the forum needs to work on it.
Please give inputs...
