[IDEA][REQUEST] Notification Alert application

Hi All,

I am not a developer and I was wondering if its possible with the new SDK from Heathcliff74 and the fully unlocked roms to develop an application that will use sounds to alert us of a new "missed call", "sms", "calendar event" and so on... This must be customizable as to how many times to alert us, what sound to use, maybe a scheduler for this to run. The alert should go off as soon as you see the missed call or read the new sms.

I think a utility like this will be very useful. What do you think??? Any developers out there that can give us some info if this is possible?

Sound looks great ---> I think we use event toast notification with sound alert for Miss call, Fully charge battery, and etc

I'd rather have Microsoft implementing something like a notification center.

I know I saw a thread a while back that had an example that would work perfect, that if you swipe left at the tiles you'll get something like Androids or iOSs notification center.

But I think Microsoft is satisfied with the live tiles, which is kinda sad. A "real" notification center would be better than anything.
