im thinking about switching to a custom rom because im nit enjoying this phone as much as i thought but i can return it so is there a way for me to get back to stock?
if i install a rom how to uninstall it on my 900

Not quite. You could download a stock ROM and DD it back onto your NAND. Or you could try to reflash using NCS and lose Qualcomm mode.
