If not fixable i feel ill kill it....screen wake issues

So i bought this 10 evo and it works perfectly except for one issue that has me p'd off whenever it happens. I lay down my phone for a a bit pick it up and press the powerbutton or use the scanner, nothing. After a minute or so the screen wakes as normal. Another issue is slight lag, which i expect for the then old SOC for 2016 810. Please any help for the screen wake will be delightful.

Ps. I know its not a bolt because it has no bloatware from sprint checked it all over.

I have same screen issue,
its due to the Screen pressure sensors were broke, and cannot bare any more pressure.
Here is how to test it, when your screen on On, try to give a little pressure with thumb or finger on any part of screen, screen will turn off instantly.
if you don't give pressure on screen (either from tight pocket or by fingers) it will works fine.
