If you have a JSN-AL00a or any Chinese based rom on your honor 8x follow this instruction to install google app and google feed on your phone.
Step 1: download google service and google store on your phone and install.
Step 2: open the google store and wait for sometime for it to install the latest update on your phone.
Step 3: go to your permissions and grant both applications all the required privileges.
Step 4 download google from google store.

Step 5: you need the following to successfully do step 5.
Firstly a computer with Android platform tool (ADB)
2: unlock developer option in settings by tapping build number in about phone
3: enable USB debugging
4: connect your phone to computer and allow USB debugging.
5: open command prompt with admin privileges and use the command " cd (directory of your ADB in your computer)
6: use command "ADB devices" to check if your phone is connected.
7: type " adb shell"
8: uninstall the following apps with the following command.
"pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.huawei.intelligent" (hiboard)
"pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.huawei.search" (hiSearch)
"pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.huawei.vassistant"
And you are good to go reboot and you should see google feeds on your Huawei home now when you swipe left.
