I'm using Korean Galaxy S4 Mini Lte(SHV-E370K) and I'm using kitkat, but the ported one can't open security and vpn. When I open security menu, setting close so I can't go to unknown sources. If I try to install app, it block install so I can't install. Can ignore install blocked or can I fix security menu and vpn? Please help me!!!
