PA 3+ is an AOSP based ROM, so why don't you build an app for the theme engine (theme chooser, like in CM) that is already there?

if I made a theme chooser, I would have to make several apks, one for each color, and could not combine them, this is what's cool, you can put the item you want in your favorite color, and not just an option. ..

And personally, Aroma + Vrtheme is fantastic, I do not like to use theme chooser, always leaves some image back, I confess I have not tried in CM10, or PA3 +, but in other versions I made themes (CM7, CM9), theme chooser always left without replacing images, and with the current engine + vrtheme aroma I'm sure will ...

if your rom is samsung 4.1.2 or 4.2.1 but it works ...

one thing... if choosing other wifi than stock, the arrows overlapping wifisymbol... that's not so nice.

I think that is the design. I think Blue WiFi with white arrows looks best.
