I'm dumb... but not that dumb. Where do you clear app cache in Nougat?

I've gone to Applications in Settings and picked an app (tried it with many) and looked at the info screen and there is no where to clear the cache or data anymore.

Also the Storage setting as it was before has disappeared in Settings... I only find it under Device Maintenance.

I know Marijuana is legal in Ca now but we still don't have stores yet so that ain't it
