Search This thread
I get this error when trying to remove encyrption and format Data
mke2fs -t ext4 -b 4096 /dev/block/platform/13500000
dwmmc0/by-name/userdata 6571008 process ended with ERROR: 1
Unable to wipe Data.
Unable to format to remove encyrption

I also can't flash anything otherwise TWRP will crash and kick it's self off MTP
Can anyone help?

If you can still get to download mode, try flashing the latest Android 11 stock ROM. There is probably a mismatch between TWRP and your stock version.
