Im in trouble

in trouble with the missus because i flashed nova fusions cm 11 to her s3 mini but she had problems with wifi and mobile internet, it kept dropping and going orange. Im now trying to flash stock btu jelly bean rom but odin is refusing to let . is this because im trying to downgrade from kitkat to jelly bean ? anyone point me to a guide to solve my problem

I'm guessing you didn't do nandroid backup, common mistake, try refreshing rom, available there are no issues like that with cm11,check you have right modem, were you using custom rom before?
