Imagio Color

I am new to the site (it is a great site) and i have just got the HTC Imagio. looking throuh everything on here there is a standard change that everybody has and i do not know how to do it. Everyone has changed the top line of icons (start, battery, 3G, Speaker, signal) all of them are in color. Also the bottom on the Touchflo 3d (home, Mail, Text, Weather, Ect..) also in color. Can some one tell me how this is done and or let me know of a safe cab. file to get? Thanks
