What I am getting at is this.

1. 2 phones and access to IMEI changing...not through the phone but through the system.
2. So I wanna use a phone I think is stolen...but don't want to get pegged for it.
3. So I put my sim in the new stolen phone.
4. But I keep my IMEI the same in the system like I was using the old phone.
5. Would t-mobile be able to see what IMEI I am using or would it just show up as the not stolen phone.

It is a t-mobile wing I bought from some sketchy kids for 200 that I think might be stolen. If it is I will get the money back but if not I made out with a nice deal. Or if what I am thinking works then I made out with a nice deal too.

Thanks for the help whoever decides to help...lol.

I have nothing helpful to add, sorry. I think you should return it to the person it was stolen from though.
