.img ROM!!! How can I flash it??

I downloaded a ROM with the file extension .7z, and when I extracted the file, I got a .img file (That it is actually the ROM I need to flash...
So, how can I flash it??
I believe it's flashing the .img (Selecting the "system" option when asked in TWRP.
The options are: (The ones I remember)
. System
. Boot
. Recovery
. (And more!!)


Do someone knew how to exactly do this?? (I want to be sure)

There is a button when you press on install: select image. Maybe that helps... I won't lie you: I have never ever used that button. But seems the right one here.
