In apps purchased worked or not with gsm?

Hello..yesterday i purchased 2nd mate 30 pro, I still find a way to install gsm, my question is, will i be able to make in-apps purchased using gsm? Like purchasing game currentcy in-apps, some store said when i install gsm, i cant make in-apps purchased using google play.. Sorry bad english
