Increase Font Size?

Hello all,
I am looking for a way to globally increase font sizes across all applications and screens in Android. My eyes have gotten a little worse and I need to enlarge the fonts slightly.

Tried that but sadly only seems to change the font size within the Spare Parts program.

I'm also interested in this as I feel reading the text can be a bit jarring at times. Changing it to green would also be great across the board. Only thing close to doing this I found was the Render widget in CM though.

I know how to change the color across the board but the problem is with twframework-res.apk it won't boot with the changes
