Increase Recovery layout.. USB connector broken.

Hi guys,

to make it short. My USB connector is broken, not usable anymore. Dead. I mean its not even build in..

i still have a recovery layout flashed.. its about 150mb. Now i want to try ICS and asking myself if there is any way to flash CWM without connecting my mobile to pc via usb..

or is there an other way? is there a way to delete some files out of the zip file? and if yes, how to do it correctly and which apps im allowed to delete without problems?

any suggestion are more then appreciated

Yes their is in fact an easy way. I wrote a guide for it . its linked in my signature.
