Did you test it? I tryied rooting using previous versions of Flash Tools and none of the methods worked.
On the .67 kernel the exploit used to root the phone got fixed by sony. You have to downgrade the kernel to a previous 4.2-kernel, then you can root and after that flash .67-kernel again.
But be sure that just kernel is checked in flashtool, otherwise your phone might get wiped.

Xperia ZL, 4.2.2 Stock (.67), rooted

How can I install any recovery on a locked booloader? Every recover needs root to be installed and the only rooting method I found requires an unlocked bootloader, ao in theory all the ROMs that are for LB are actually for UB because there's no way to get CWM on an UB!

Works perfectly on ZL with locked BL. Not one, but three recoveries you can pick from: CWM, PhilZ Advanced Touch CWM, and TWRP.

Good morning everyone!
Gentlemen, I have a question, if you can help me I appreciate it.

I did the process to unlock the bootloader and it worked until I installed the CM12.1. After I installed the ROM Image (Official Sony) 5.1.1 End (222). The phone is working fine. My question is, to root, install a ROM Recover or another, have to unlock the bootloader again?

I am very grateful!
