yes paste those and please send me that 'flashfile.xml', i'll send you a simple file which you can run and your firmware will be flashed, no need to type all the commands. send me that file.
but again i want to tell you that im running my moto g 2015 to marshmallow but due to the reason that i cannot access my phone because of this activation i want to flash so please clear my following questions so that i get started
Q1- Already running marshmallow is it possible to flash marshmallow without any problem like bricking or something
Q2-what are the requirements for flashing phone
as i sent you two photos one of a samsung device which is stuck on activation not moving here and there and other photo of my extracted files now im attaching flashfile please make work easy for me because im touching command prompt first time so i dont want any mistake from myself
thanks in advance for your support and help

Answer 1: Marshmallow on Marshmallow is not a problem, but our Moto g3 is a brick friendly device, so there's always a chance of bricking, no one can guarantee you here that these things are 100% safe, but the chances are slim I'd say.

Locked bootloader can be an issue, not for bricking, but for proper flashing.

Answer 2: requirements are 1. having Motorola USB drivers installed, 2. Having mfastboot minimal (attached with my file).

I've attached a zip file, extract all the content of it inside the firmware folder first. then install motorola USB drivers. After that, turn off your phone, the press vol down+power together, you'll get fastboot mode. Now connect your phone to USB and you'll see that fastboot will say USB connected. now run the file flash.bat. if you get any error, try flash2.bat.

Hi guys, my moto g 2015 osprey notifies me a new OTA update (january security update if i'm not mistaken) but it fails to upgrande since I have root+custom factory.

Is there a way to bypass this problem? For example temporary unroot and/or install the stock recovery and then rollback with root and custom recovery?

There are dozens of threads on this... This thread is for flashing factory firmware images, not OTAs or rooted devices. You are off-topic.

Cz we have old firmware images ......

Read the first few posts... If and when they become available they will be posted. There are no ETAs or even guarantees we will ever get specific images.

If you have rooted your mob, it should not show you an OTA update. Morever, if you want yo upgrare, you can simply flash STOCK RECOVERY for your model and try
This is untrue. Rooting changes nothing regarding Motorola OTA Update notifications. You must remove (or freeze) the related components:

**Root Access Required**

Google Play Store has many apps that will allow you to 'freeze' the OTA Update service. Titanium Backup is a common example.

Alternatively, with a 'root access' file explorer, you can delete or rename the following files:
/system/etc/security/otacerts.zip
/system/priv-app/3c_ota/3c_ota.apk

These additional files can be removed or renamed: (If you still get an OTA Update notification)
/system/priv-app/3c_checkin/3c_checkin.apk
/system/priv-app/3c_devicemanagement/3c_devicemanagement.apk
/system/priv-app/3c_notification/3c_notification.apk

This isn't the thread to discuss the subject. But you will get your answer in the very near future.

And maybe if you read the FAQ you would see what a "Preflash Validation Error" is and you would know why and how to possibly get around it.
