I have frozen Motorola update services , and the update notifications have stopped. Rooted and frozen update services via titanium backup. By the way , is there any chance the update could suddenly start on its own?
Hopefully not. At the very least you would still have to 'OKAY' an update dialogue.

And is it impossible to downgrade to Lollipop with locked bootloader? Just have some curiosity...
The 'Preflash validation' error tends to appear in that scenario.

Can I downgrad for an earlier 6.0 build without unlock bootloader ?

I'm in the version that has the January 2016 security patch I want to go back to version 6.0 which has the December 2015 patch

can I brick my fhone using wrong version Retail Brazil (1GB) if mine is Retail Latin America (1GB)?

Another doubt. I have version MPI24.65-33.1_cid12 in 1gb ram version. Is correct?

I would just flash XT1541_OSPREY_RETEU_2GB_6.0_MPI24.65-33_cid7 directly. Less chance of things breaking :)
I flashed 5.1.1 and got the OTA update to 6.0. Working fine. except Titanium Backup it wouldn't fully un-install system apps, had to use another app. Never had that problem before

Titanium Backup worked for me the few days I used stock ROM

Skickat från min MotoG3 via Tapatalk
It's worked in the past.

Stock everything, superSU it would ask for access, uninstall it, but the icon would still be there but wouldn't let you open the app, reboot app would be fully working again. Ended up using think it was SystemAppRemover or something to that nature (it had a red icon).

Are there any MM images for XT1540? I may have put myself on a slightly "damp quiz" OTA and am trying to get back to officially released version. Failing a MM image, how can i downgrade to lollipop and then get the official real OTA?

I have been having problems flashing MM into my phone. I want to try something. Want to flash ''cache.img''. Is that something someone can provide? ''cache.img'' for Moto G XT1540 MM US?

I have 2 XT1540'S and they both do that in Marshmallow. The apps will re-install after a reboot.

You shouldn't use the 'fastboot flash motoboot.img' command. This has been changed from previous generations of Moto G to bootloader.img. See here also for a full guide.

Also, please do not quote the whole OP next time, it clogs up the page and makes browsing slower ;)
