Absolutely not agree.
More then month using CM12 by arter97- zero random reboots, zero battery drain. 3h+ SOT battery life on data and 4h+ on wifi. works everything for daily usage better then CM11 thanks to Temasek and Arter97.
explain which recovery version you had now , twrp or cwm and version # ?.. and you only used only one patch which arter mentioned in his post. right?

I'm using arter97-recovery-i9506-6.59.0.zip based on CWM with f2fs /cache, /system , /data partitions. Constant 44k in Antutu.
Yes I only use single patch apart packages you need to run system well. I mean rom, kernel gapps and supersu.zip. The rom is really stable and more featured compared to base CM12 thaks to Temasek.

So Marshmallow is out on certain devices via OTA and I believe I'm not alone when I estimate that our beloved i9506 is not in the roadmap for the update. And if it is, it will be ages until it arrives.
Aaaaanyway, I'm just thinking out loud here, but I'm wondering if any of the developers are planning to take a dive into Android version 6 as soon as a portable version arrives?
I've grown accustomed to using these custom ROMs by the magnificent developers here and would like to see an attempt to bring it on to our device at some point with the Cyanogenmod :)

[Q] Stable and working CM13?

Hi all,
is there a truly working and stable CM13 build for I9506 with all working features such as Screen mirroring, MHL support with HDMI audio, USB OTG, without battery drain etc?
I have tried some of them but none has been completely okay.

Thx.

Updates with 6.0.1?

There seems to be a lot of 6.0.1 ROMs out now:
- Unofficial cm13 temasek by trader418 (released versions, updated sporadically)
- Unofficial cm13 by kyasu (nightlies, update often)
- RESURRECTION REMIX M [5.7.0][CM13] (released versions, updated ~weekly)

In addition there seems to be a few different kernels as well:
- arter97 11.3
- some ROMS have their own kernels as well?

Maybe some more stuff as well. It would be nice to update the first post and possibly get some comparisons between them.

For instance: I've noticed that I've only gotten livedisplay to work with temasek ROM and arter97 kernel, but I'm not sure if it's the ROM or the kernel that does it. "Charging rapidly"/"Charging slowly" only seems to work correctly with that combination as well (It seems that it's charging faster also), again not sure if ROM or kernel.

Would be really nice to get an overview

Can anyone help? Mobile data issues

So, I have latest CM 13 Nightly build on my ks01lte. I just have these constant mobile data issues; it wont find the network sometimes, even if the strongest LTE mast is next to me. Also mobile data just randomly "turns off" and wont go back on. This is utterly annoying. Is the problem maybe the modem (I have no idea what it is rigt now)? :D I installed CM 13 over stock Lollipop ROM. Maybe there is Lollipop based modem and it wont work because CM 13 is Marshmallow? Geez. Can someone help. Thanks! :good:
