Would like to say that ARB values for MIUI Global Stable 12.0.6, 12.5.1, and 12.5.2 are all 2. So I can go back and forth between them without worrying.

You have to check for the ARB values of both. They have to match for you to safely move between 12.05 india and 12.5.2 india. But to be specific, the roms I mentioned on the quote you replied to are all stock miui global roms. With regards to moving from stock miui to custom roms, I'm afraid I cannot give an answer. Try joining TG groups of poco x3. Maybe you can get your answers there as tg groups are very active and you sometimes get instant feedback. Cheers!
ARB should only present in Official MIUI ROMs.
Custom MIUI ROMs should have no ARB issue. If they alter ARB, they will be in trouble.
If your phone now is 12.0.5.0 India official MIUI, go into fastboot and check the Anti version. If it's version 2, it should be safe to roll back. (With proper ways.)
Which is the recommended way to flash recovery img Platform tool with cmd or adbfastboot tool? Are they same?

@kamild_ thanks for the compiled list. I plan to move to vayu in coming days, however still cant overcome the negative reviews on PX3P.
Noticed that you too have moved from PF1, which is still a strong contender even after 3 year run. What are your personal views on considering PF1 in 2021 (how relevant it is today) above PX3P or vice-versa?

The main reason I switched to the X3P (not including the good price on sale) was NFC, much smaller screen notch and bigger battery. Outside of that, the F1 was (and still is) an excellent phone and I would have most likely stuck to it for longer otherwise.
Hi, can I ask. about this ARB. I have an X3 pro that is on custom (crdroid) and before that I was on 12.5.3.
Can I simply flash 12.0.6 or 12.5.1 using miflashtool (also locking the bootloader)
Just wanna learn more about this device and flashing roms.

My friend and I are having trouble with the Pixel Extended ROM upon restarting our phones with the ROM installed.
It was a clean flash from TWRP with no discernable errors. Followed the XDA picture guide for vayu to the letter. But the other day when I restarted my phone, it kept booting into TWRP and (even though I didn't set it to restart into recovery). Upon choosing the reboot option from TWRP I'm greeted with the "No OS installed" error. My internal storage also showed 0gb on TWRP. Maybe it's an encryption issue, but I'm not sure. I formatted and reflashed the ROM since then, but I'm afraid of restarting the phone now.
Then my friend today, his battery ran out for the first time since he flashed the ROM, and when he charged it and booted up he got bootlooped.
I'll also post this question on the actual ROMs XDA thread, just thought I'd try my luck here too.

First and foremost, huge thanks for @pnin for allowing me to take his POCO X3 NFC index thread and shamelessly use it as a basis for this one!
Most of the guides made by X3 NFC users have been removed from here as despite the similarities of both devices, it seems like a sound idea to test them on this device beforehand. If you would like to contribute to this thread, guides on:
- how to install Viper4Android
- how to remove bloatware and ads from MIUI
- how to disable dynamic refresh rate
While this device is yet to finish its first month of existence on the market, and thus there is not a whole lot of custom software available yet, I thought it would be a good idea to start such a thread early. Should be much easier to update it later on, in contrary to trying to congregate everything when things truly start rolling fast.
