Check this thread - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1843342 .. read instructions and follow accordingly. its been awhile since the dev has updated the system ui for the new releases , but i guess the old ones would work fine , you ll have to ask in this thread or in the Omega rom thread .

These are few i found by searching , i am not sure if they will work but you could take a backup and try

If you know how to edit apks etc , you could try it doing it yourself by following this - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1706310&highlight=call+record


Or you just flash some custom kernels from the Original Android Development forum which support call recording and you ll get it
