flash rom without usb cable?

Hi guys, im new here, im not sure where else to post this, couldn't find this topic anywhere else either
So please can anyone tell me if i can unlock, install a custom recovery and flash a custom rom on my TF700 WITHOUT using my USB/data cable??
Can i do all this using my sdcard/bluetooth/airdroid?
