Samsung 22U SP is a hair bit smaller than the 23U SP I think.. saying this because I have the Samsung 23U SP installed and the thin fit case is happily trying to push the sides upwards at times.

Good to know.
May be I am lucky I have used S22 protector, actually I had it spared from the last year and S23 was not in stock

Samsung finally now providing the special corporate price with approx 10k reduced price..

8k card discount and 10k exchange bonus can be clubbed while buying using shop app/website. No budswatch.

10k isn't worth it if a phone like S22U is exchanged for sure, but lower end models are worth gonig for an exchange. For example, I checked my 3 year old iPhone 11 and it gives 20k +10k exchange bonus. Approx 20 to 23k is what the dealers offer for it as well.

Edit:
The exchange bonus and card discount can be clubbed in offline stores as well that was not the case before.

Bought official Samsung Screen protector twice and successfully wasted all four SPs by not being able to install completely residue-free underneath just like last year.
Yes, it's tricky and happened to me too on S22U but still it was OK to keep. I have this time asked to shop guy to fix it from where S23 bought.

Remembering my last year's "personal expertise" , I approached a shopkeeper only who was supposed to be an "expert" in this as per some random store guys. But once he was done installing, it was clear that he was installing Samsung official SG for the first time and messed it up with a sorry.

With my expertise once again, the rest is history.

Compared to wet film installation, the official SG application was pretty straightforward and easy for me on two of the S22 ultra phones last year. Haven't given it a try on the S23 ultras this year as the neoflex one is going solid! I do have 2 packs of the official SG for future use though.

Wonder how people install it 100% dust-free unless special measures are taken like doing it in AC room 100% dusfree and away from any other belongings...

The final one I installed has three minuscule dust bubbles and they don't even look like dust or any such. They don't go away and the experience is similar to this(the lines talked about here went away, but not the "bubble" types and it feels more like a defect rather than anything else):

Whoa! In two days those few dust looking bubbles went away.

Update:
The dusty bubbles are now gone in two days , those weren't dust in the first place. Those were dusty looking but were pretty stubborn air bubbles. No dust, no bubbles - I can rate 9 out 10, and I'm pretty sure in future I'll properly be able to install most, if not every single one. 🤣

The dust removing stickers are important not only before installing but also while installing - are godsend.

u can also try the ESR screen protector (differently better than the Official screen guard), but not available on amazon. I have installed it on S21 ultra and it is still working after 2 years.

After months of usage, let's all agree to the fact that Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy is a fantastic, gem of a chipset. 🫡

Samsung should work on the cameras with updates, I have no other complaints with the 23U.

Welcome back. Any idea why the iPhone resale has dropped? I heard more people than ever are buying them in India...?
People in India are obsessed by iPhones because of the "Luxury" it offers and so there are lots of UAE phones here which either came through smuggling or from asking a friend to bring. It costs 1.14 for 14 Pro Max 256gb and that is from Apple Store. But prices in Amazon and other shops are even less because there same phones are available even from USA at 94k. All these phones have flooded the market and all of them have international warranty that people keep buying them up. As a customer I will only think about warranty and not the area from where the phone came from and so people take loans and whatever to buy these contraband. When they can't repay or don't like the phone, they sell it off flooding the second hand market. Right now these are the prices of new phones in my city
    iPhone 14 Pro 256gb 1.08
    iPhone 14 Pro Max 256gb 1.15
Used phone buying prices (3 months old, imported devices)
    iPhone 14 Pro 256gb 80k to 85k
    iPhone 14 Pro Max 256gb 95k to 99k
Used phone buying prices (3 months old, Indian devices)
    iPhone 14 Pro 256gb 85k to 95k
    iPhone 14 Pro Max 256gb 100k to 105k
They'll add 5k to 10k margin and sell these off!
This is only applicable for the 14 Pro lineup and I know for a fact when 15 Pro launches, situation will be even worse!

what is the benefit of esim, any network-related improvement?
Mutiple eSIM networks can be saved in the same eSIM space, one cannot use the eSIM if phone is lost+ good for network providers/concerned authorities for tracking, SIM swapping is most likely a tiny bit harder for scammers as compared the physical ones, precious space is saved by phone makers etc.. - if we think about benefits.!

Network related improvement? Not that I'm aware of.

Yeah.. That is why i'm waiting for the Tab S9 series to launch instead of going for the Tab S8 series. The difference between s22 ultra and s23 ultra is day and night and the only main difference is the chipset.

Best battery in recent Samsung flagships. Power saver turned on just 10 mins back for night routine.
Totally satisfied with battery performance this year.

Quick impressions on the phone -

Samsung is using the same Ultrasonic Fingerprint Sensor from S21 and S22, that is the only bummer, everything else is a good upgrade. The screen looks more clear from up close compared to S22 Ultra. And 50 MP shots are fantastic. The bump in resolution is quite apparent. It takes a few seconds to save 50 MP files though. I just played with the phone for some time at a local retailer in Bangalore. They let me install the device info HW app (quick shared the apk from my phone) through which i checked the Fingerprint sensor. It is essentially the same one (QBT2608)
