Probably I wrote earlier in this group.
- Put all the apps in deep sleep which you don't needs notification (no needs to run in background)
- Put all the app in Sleep mode for which notifications are not important (may receive little delayed)

Please can anyone kindly confirm here if I can using ODIN, flash the INS Indian firmware of S23 ultra on a S23 ultra (256GB) bought from Dubai (model no. SM-S918BZGCMEA) without any issues and with full functionality of the Indian firmware?

I want to do this only to get better carrier support in India as well as for built-in call recording option.

Secondly, will payment apps like Gpay, Paytm , misc banking apps etc work normally after the flashing on the Dubai bought phone?

Thirdly, will Samsung members work too? (not important though)

Lastly, will warranty still be intact after the flashing?

2nd that.

I didn't buy all the Notes, but did buy all the S flagships. In the list of I9000 to S23U, the battery endurance crown goes to the 23U imho.

Both are belongs to OXM group of csc and whether you flash INS firmware or UAE firmware, it will make 0 difference
Indeed both firmware are ditto same and your carrier support will be determined by SIM you have inserted.

Probably best to be more precise - how many hours is "overnight"? Also, do you have AOD enabled?

That's purely subjective though, and very user dependent. For example, I could make a strong argument (and consistent with probably what you might come up with) that the only "adequate" protection for the cameras is with some sort of physical cover over them like:

AOD is set to 'tap to display', so it's not working overnight.
I also close all the apps before sleeping.

So you lose about 0.5-0.6% per hour with AOD disabled. That's probably about right - I would probably lose about half that, but I rarely have any activity overnight and have quite a minimalist setup.

EDIT: other variables would also include type of SIM etc, WiFi, bluetooth, and other auto-connectivity options enabled or disabled etc. I believe this would influence things by up to 1-3%.

I have only WiFi on overnight, all other things are off.

BTW is there any app where I can check what is using the battery overnight.?

I think the Samsung leather case tries to ensure the phone sits completely flat when placing the phone down. That is, there is absolutely no rocking of the phone no matter where you press on the phone with the phone laid down on its back.

I think the Samsung leather case is as thin as you can get while achieving the above.

But yes, you can use other cases if you want more raised lips, but you'll have to accept a potentially rocking phone, or a thicker overall case.

Spigen thin fit, spigen Liquid air, Ringke Fusion bumper that I am using - the raised lips are minimal yet trustwhorthy and do not make the phone rock at all.

Well technically they are either slightly thicker case overall or they will make the phone rock. If they don't make the phone rock, then the raised lips must be so subtle that it becomes dubious whether there's practically much extra protection.
