I bought a leather case using Samsung shop. The case has heavy scratch marks on the body as well as on top right out of the box(probably previously used by someone in other countries and was returned, Samsung India Imported it, it cannot be a manufacturing defect looking at the abysmal marks).
Initiated a return providing pictures of it, invoice, Samsung box displaying serial no of it the very next day.
Samsung is rejecting return saying they must get the photo of the plastic polybag as well
. Never in any of my ecommerce purchases irrespective of any site I ever kept the outer polybag bcoz it was never ever required for any return and I discard it immediately. The Samsung shop polybag was dirty as well (with birdsh*t or whatever) so discarded it immediately too. A few emails to cc, service head etc. have been useless so far.
