Any good tempered glass recommendation available online and is compatible with back cover and fingerprint?
Spigen Glas.tR, haven't applied it yet in mine. But as per my own research it works just fine with FP and works well with spigen cases, but needs to be careful while applying. Refer to some videos in YT on how to apply properly.

is it worth changing from xsg to ins? i got my s23 ultra from uae
Do you have call recording option in phone app - settings?
If yes then it's already have activated INS csc
If not, format data with Indian SIM inside
If still not, you can change csc to INS with some tool
Useful only for call record option + Jio 5G if not working

Thank you so much for the guidance but let's say in the future the curious me does the ins switch is it any way harmful? In terms of triggering a soft bri k or security breach or something

No, you can switch to INS with some free tool available without root. Istill recommend to make backup of important data before trying it.

A hair bit smoother that I can say. No idea what's actually changed other than that. And yet to check cameras.
Thanks. Couple of YouTubers have reported worse battery life after a week+ of using the AWF1. So I've declined the update currently as I don't want to nerf the best thing about this phone (it's battery life) just to get 2x portrait zoom. Will update once i get confirmation that battery life is untouched and no other stuff has been broken. Since AWF3 is so new, i guess that will take a couple of weeks to evaluate by the early adopters.

I too have a strong feeling that batterylife degraded. Though it's too early for a final judgement and bla bla, I can't deny my sense either after 2 days of usage.

Damn! This is my worst fear with this phone. It doesnt really need any more improvements (in my use-case, at least). I just want Samsung to refrain from mucking up the best parts of the phone in the guise of "improving" some other stuff. Will keep following feedback from users here about the battery performance after this update.

Hi all, I'm curious to know if AWF3 pushed to Indian firmware is affecting all the Indian S23U? I heard it's not Google Play certified.

I'm aware one can switch to another CSC and go for AWF7 update or odin flash AWF1 firmware. But I can't see non power users doing this.

I don't see not many have reported this issue for Indian S23U on reddit and other places, hence my curiosity.

P.S. I'm getting mine from UAE today, so I will probably go ahead with AWF7 and switch CSC to INS.
